out the fight! This is a full contact, non-sparring conditioning class. Pure conditioning, strengthening & toning!

An Intense daily workout that challenges your body & raises your fitness to another level.
Each day brings Cardio, Strength & Resistance training, fat burners, lean muscle development,
along with agility quickness, speed, power & endurance through functional fitness.

 
Every workout is different with a variation of:
push ups, sit ups, footwork, medicine balls, resistance bands, ladder drills, up/downs, flip-overs, sit-outs, planks, handweights, burnouts and much more.

Add in the resistance and skill of punching & kicking through boxing & kickboxing for maximum performance and challenge yourself you your classmates!


 We use the conditioning exercises fighters use to get in and stay in top shape for competition.  Condition, strengthen & tone your body into the best shape of your life.
