10th Degree Black Belt Grandmaster Ron Van Browning, founder and director of Trainers Elite and the Accelerated Fighting System, has an impressive background with 50 years experience in the Martial Arts, earning black belts in 5 different systems. He has trained in Kung Fu San Soo, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Modern Arnis, and was a Professional Boxer. He has trained some of the best organizations in the country, including the FBI, Police, SWAT Teams, and Sheriff’s departments. He has also trained professional fighters, UFC freestyle fighters, bodyguards, bouncers, film actors and stunt men.

Owner & President of Trainers Elite, Tabitha, originally from Ridgefield, WA, began her mixed martial arts training under Grandmaster Browning in 2006 and has since earned her 2nd Degree Black Belt in GM Browning's Accelerated Fighting System. She is GM Browning's 50th Black Belt in his Accelerated Fighting System. Tabitha has an intensive & extensive background in athletics specializing in volleyball for over 15 years, but her roots and work ethics come from being raised on her family’s dairy farm in Washington State.
Tabitha excels in her mixed martial arts training in Muay Thai as she has traveled to Thailand and trained with the source. She continues her training with Saekson Janjira, 6-time world champion and renowned 'best Muay Thai teacher' as well as with Samart Paykaroon (when in TX) - World Champion in Muay Thai and boxing champion. Tabitha also continues her training with Yousef Alirezaei in Carrollton, TX in Jiu-Jitsu & wrestling, Carlos Machado in Farmers Branch, TX in Jiu-Jitsu and Big Sugar Ray Philips in boxing in Carrollton, TX. She has trained with Datu Tim Hartman in Modern Arnis and looks forward to continue training with them all.
Tabitha is the founder and instructor of A.B.S. Total Fitness Kickboxing and also teaches the Juniors Mixed Martial Arts, Fight Shape, Executive Boxing Club, Juniors and Adult Private lessons and Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu & MMA classes.
